Teacher Training

Our teachers receive 80 hours of training annually. As of 2024, nearly 18,000 DIL primary teachers, middle grade teachers, and principals have received training.

Course Development

To ensure teachers are equipped with both strong subject knowledge and effective pedagogy, our lead trainers developed and refined a suite of instructional modules.

  • 9 Existing modules revised.
  • 11 Modules field-tested to ensure relevance and alignment with evolving educational needs.

Cluster School Visits

  • 123 Cluster School Visits Conducted For Continued Teacher Support.
  • 396 Teachers Engaged In Lesson Observations And Peer Learning.
